Returns & Exchanges

Here at Wild Dream Style we thrive to process orders and get your package to you as soon as possible. Every style before shipping is checked to ensure you always get your new outfit in perfect condition and ready to wear. If for any reason you want to process a return/exchange please note that we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Please also be advise that we only offer store credit or exchanges only, No refunds, and all return shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer. So please shop carefully and contact us at sales@wilddreamstyle.com if you have any question about our styles.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of stains and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the event that we receive a return/exchange item that is soiled, worn, damaged or washed the item will be sent back to the customer without credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wilddreamstyle.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as Sale Items, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and any Intimate Items ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please shop carefully for non returnable items and get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed. 

Lost or Stolen

•Once you have received your tracking number, your items are no longer in our control, If the tracking says that the package was delivered, there’s unfortunately little that we can do. At this point it is important to reach out to the carrier for assistance.
